Do you listen to podcasts? I love it! I started last month to share my favourite ones. It’s the ideal thing to keep my hungry mind busy.
1) Martha Barnette and Grant Barrett hosts A Way with Words. They make a formidable team and manages to pull the quaintest phrases, sayings and family traditions linguistically from listeners. I’ve gleaned some precious jewels of the English language from them. http://www.waywordradio.org/
2) Anne Curzan and Rina Miller tackle some practical English dilemmas in no more than 5 minutes. I stumbled on this when I Googled Anne Curzan after watching her very entertaining TED talk. Love her. She’s an inspiration. http://michiganradio.org/programs/thats-what-they-say
Have you listened to any one of these? Is there some other podcasts that I could possible add to my extensive list? Please share it with me here in the comments or on my social media platforms.
Thank you for visiting. Until next time.
